We also understand that, due to this lifestyle, sickness and disease is prevalent, loneliness, depression and anxiety are becoming a reality for many, and people, though free to choose, feel more confined than they ever have. That’s why transformation is necessary. Believe it or not, it is completely possible to live in this world without being enslaved to the culture and traditions that no longer serve you.
A healthy body is one that is free of and/or not limited by sickness and disease. A healthy body is made possible by weight management, a healthy diet, good nutrition, lots of water, regular exercise, and adequate rest and sleep.
A healthy mind is evident by a brain that is acute because it receives regular activity and exercise; is free from excessive fear, worry, and stress; is evidenced by positive thoughts and an optimistic outlook on life; and expresses joy and gratitude.
A healthy spirit is recognized by one's recognition of and connection to a supreme existence; the exudation of love from their presence; their love for nature and animals; an internal draw to serve others and make a difference in the world; and/or their connection to a body of people who believe in a supreme diety.
When working on one of these areas, the others tend to follow suit, because their is no real separation between them. Total transformation happens when the three are completely synced. This takes lots of time and effort. That is why we are here, to eagerly and humbly facilitate your process.

KYLA’S STORY
“I’ve weighed well over two hundred pounds for more than half my life, although the healthy weight for my height and frame is around 175. With that extra weight came fatigue, joint problems, and a general malaise that I often tried to mask. I yo-yo dieted for years – using many of the popular weight loss programs on the market. Had brief success doing low carb while living in New York from 2010-2012, but once I moved back down south, to comfort food, I quickly regained weight as I ate to battle stress and suppress emotions. I gradually concluded that I’d never return to my healthy and desirable size. Then, after a heartfelt prayer in June of 2022, a dear friend forwarded me a flyer from Dr. Kreslyn Ellis. That flyer seemed to mention everything I’d said in my prayer! Weekly success circles via zoom, group weigh-ins for accountability (which I needed, because I often cheated when doing my own thing), and intermittent fasting led to the pounds rolling off! We gained a wealth of knowledge about whole vs. processed foods and how our bodies truly respond to each. Dr. Kreslyn provoked us to dig deep and assess our relationship with food while providing encouragement every step of the way. You’re given tools that you can use for a lifetime and challenged to change your mind set about eating and health! I lost 45 lbs. in about 4 months and am 5 lbs. away from my goal weight!
